The
new award winning eZ80Acclaim!™ flash memory microcontrollers share the
same CPU core as other eZ80® devices, yet also offer on-chip integrated
memories (up to 256 KB of flash memory and 16 KB of SRAM), core speeds
up to 50 MHz, and an on-chip Ethernet MAC (eZ80F91 only). The eZ80Acclaim!™
combines new levels of 8-bit performance to handle everyday embedded control
tasks while adding tremendous networking and communication capabilities.
The eZ80F92/93 devices are non-networking devices with smaller flash memory/RAM,
and are pin-compatible with the ROMless eZ80L92.

eZ80F91Acclaim!™
The
eZ80F91 is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller with an integrated
10/100BaseT Ethernet Media Access controller (EMAC). You’ll be impressed
by this microcontroller’s power efficiency and operating speed up
to 50 MHz. Other features include flash memory, SRAM, and Ethernet
MAC, making it the ideal solution for industrial, communication,
automation, security, and embedded Internet applications.

eZ80F92Acclaim!™
The
eZ80F92 is a pipeline-architecture microcontroller with single-cycle
instruction fetch. This power-efficient device includes 128 KB on
on-chip program flash memory, 256 bytes of configuration flash memory,
and 8 KB of on-chip, high-speed SRAM. In addition, the microcontroller
features 24 general-purpose I/O pins that are individually programmable.
The microcontroller’s IrDA-compatible infrared encoder/decoder operates
seamlessly with the UART and supports transmission speeds up to
115.2 kbps.

eZ80F93Acclaim!™
For
users looking for the same perks you get with the eZ80F92, but less
memory, the eZ80F93 is the perfect choice. This eZ80F93 microcontroller
features 64 KB of program flash memory, 256 bytes of configuration
flash memory, and 4 KB of high-speed SRAM. Other than those differences,
you get the same high-performance characteristics found on the eZ80F92.

eZ80190
The
eZ80190 microprocessor features a single-cycle instruction fetch,
high-performance CPU core that operates at 50 MHz. With 8 KB of
SRAM, the eZ80190 is ideal for high-speed applications. Features
include 32 bits of general-purpose I/O, six counter/timers with
prescalers, a watchdog timer, a two-channel DMA controller, and
four chip selects with individual wait state generators. This device
was designed for embedded Internet solutions.

eZ80L92
The
eZ80L92 microprocessor features a pipeline-architecture CPU that
operates at speeds of 20 MHz or 50 MHz. There are 24 bits of general-purpose
I/O that can be used as vectored interrupt sources. You can program
the pins to recognize either level- or edge-triggered interrupts.
Other features include a real-time clock, an IrDA-compatible infrared
encoder/decoder, six 16-bit counter/timers, a watchdog timer, and
an interrupt controller that supports internal and external maskable
interrupts and non-maskable interrupt input. Two UARTs with independent
data rate generators and I2C with an independent clock
rate generator are included.
