BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

1.      Make sure you’ve applied for and received a Project Number. Here is a direct link to the online entry form: http://www.jandspromotions.com/zilog2004/eentry.html.

2.      Make sure your entry is complete and in the required file formats! You need to include the following:

a.      Abstract—a short text description (approx. 1 page), a block diagram, a project photograph, a complete schematic(s), and a brief sample of code
b.      Complete documentation—a detailed text description of your project and its operation, a complete schematic(s), plus any other flowcharts, diagrams, and photographs
c.      Complete source code. The entire project folder would be best.

3.      Make sure you have removed your name and any other identifying marks (company name, e-mail address, etc.) from the files. The only identification in the project files should be your Project Number. We know it isn’t always possible to remove all of the identifying marks, but do your best. Remember to check the source listings and schematics also.

4.      Compress the whole package, in zip format if possible, and e-mail it to contest.administrator@circuitcellar.com before the deadline on September 30, 2004.
