The Z8F6402-based
USB JTAG device provides an easy-to-use, extensible,
and relatively high-performance platform for
developing applications to control JTAG-enabled
target devices. It brings together the ease
of USB’s plug-and-play installation and its
high transfer speed (12 Mbps) with a high-speed
TAP master capable of TCK clock rates of up
to 20 MHz and a generic Win32-based JTAG API
on which powerful test applications can be built.
