This
is a low-cost solution for interfacing an LPC2138 microcontroller
to a Windows graphical user interface. The GUI can send and
receive data to and from the microcontroller to handle tasks
including turning on/off LEDs and controlling the digital-to-analog
converter, PWMs, and timer.
