Sleep’O’Meter
When
a person is disturbed by external factors like noise
or light, he will move frequently. Health problems can
also cause a person to move frequently while sleeping.
The Sleep’O’Meter uses a sensor placed on a mattress
to track the movements of a sleeping person. By tracking
the movements, you can determine how many good hours
of sleep a person is achieving. The system is based
on the MC33794 e-field sensor and MC68HC908QY4 microcontroller.
